Why the fuck was this cancelled?
Ultima Online 2, was slated for release in 2000-2001 but got cancelled. Talk about being ahead of it's time, the range of movement reminds me of WoW. UO2

Everything ahead of its time is never received well. I'm not sure why though.

Most notable WoW comparisons in the UO2 trailer, Orc Bunker(1:19) Silithid(1:43) Yeti(2:22) Wyvern(1:30) Mekgineer Thermaplugg(1:58, or take your pick of mecha enemies in Gnomeregan) UO2(Announced in 1999 was cancelled in 2001 the same year it was slated for release) WoW(Announced in 2001, released in 2004)
