The First President: Dr. Strange
Dr. Strange, known to some as Jacob Chulainn, was the first President of The People's Hall. He won by a landslide against The Royal Toddster, who, winning second place, became our first Vice President. While Dr. Strange was not a kind or loving man, nor was he normal or life-loving in any sense of the words, he was a political powerhouse who did The People's Hall much good in his year of Presidency. He added new ranks and smilies, much to the enjoyment of the forumers.
